  • An all-new dashboard experience is now the starting place for all LEAD™ learners.
    • Learners will be presented with What’s Next – making it even easier to complete in-progress training
    • They’ll also see at-a-glance updates of their progress for any of their learning paths or courses.
  • A new Browse / Search view streamlines and unifies content discovery
  • Improved In-Person course functionality now gives admins the ability to:
    • Create multiple sessions (event dates) for a single course
    • Optionally require that learners must attend all sessions for course completion

  • Admin & Leader feature improvements:
    • Training content for leader roles
    • Added notification tagging for leader roles in communities
    • Automated creation of Local Leader roles via My Team management
    • New masquerade feature for admins and leaders to log in as any learner, allowing for greater customer support
    • Ability to save filtered views of My Learners
